Account and integration data deletion instructions.

Revoke platform access

First, revoke Umay TV's access from the connected platform's account or application settings. This prevents new API access using that authorization.

Request deletion

Then send a deletion request to [email protected]. Include the platform name and the account/page/channel identifier needed to locate the integration. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other secrets.

What is deleted

Where applicable, Umay TV will remove stored authorization material and account-linked operational data that is no longer required to operate the service or satisfy security, audit or legal obligations.

Retention exceptions

Minimal records may be retained when necessary to document security events, prevent duplicate side effects, satisfy legal obligations or preserve immutable audit history. Such retained records are not used to restore revoked platform access.
