Service

Umay TV provides privately operated media-production, automation and distribution software. Access to connected third-party services is subject to the authorization granted by the relevant account owner and to each platform's own terms and policies.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts and content that you are authorized to use. You must not use Umay TV to bypass platform controls, violate intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material or interfere with third-party services.

Platform availability

Third-party APIs, permissions, quotas and platform behavior may change or become unavailable. Umay TV does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any external platform integration.

Content and rights

The account owner remains responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content submitted for publication. Platform approval, API access or successful publication does not itself establish ownership or licensing rights.

Security

Attempts to obtain credentials, defeat access controls, abuse rate limits or cause unauthorized publication are prohibited.
