Scope

This policy describes information processed by Umay TV when an authorized account is connected to a supported third-party platform.

Information processed

Depending on the integration and permissions granted, Umay TV may process account identifiers, authorization credentials or tokens, channel/page/profile identifiers, publishing metadata, media files, publication status and operational API responses.

Purpose

Information is processed only to authenticate authorized integrations, publish or manage requested content, verify publication state, operate the service, troubleshoot failures, enforce security controls and maintain necessary audit records.

Sharing and sale

Umay TV does not sell personal data. Information is shared with a connected platform only as required to perform the authorized API operation, or with infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Security and retention

Credentials are stored in restricted service infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed in public content. Operational data is retained only for legitimate service, security, audit or legal purposes and may be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Third-party platforms

Connected platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Revoking a platform authorization may stop future access but does not automatically delete records that must be retained for security, audit or legal purposes.

Your choices

An authorized account owner may revoke Umay TV's platform access through the relevant platform settings and may request deletion through the process described on the Data Deletion page. Privacy or data requests may also be sent to [email protected].
